Henrietta Homes is a 40-unit single family lease/purchase project for low-moderate income renters in Cleveland’s Hough neighborhood. The Homes will be located on scattered sites between East 65th Street and East 71st Street, between Wade Park and Lexington Ave.

• Affordable and accessible three bedroom homes will be available!
• Close proximity to Historic League Park, Cleveland Public Library's new Hough branch, and East 66th Streetcape Retail development.
• Residents will have the opportunity to buy these homes after 15 years of rental operations.
• Named after Famicos Foundation's foundress, Sr. Henrietta Gorris.
• Estimated Construction Completion 2024.
