Phase 1: Your application has been received. You will be contacted in writing within the next 30 days to notify you of the next steps in the process.
Phase 2: Your application has been received and is currently under review.
Phase 3: Your application is in the final compliance-review phase.
Phase 4: Your application has been approved, pending completion of construction.
End of Inquiry: You will receive notification of determination by mail within 30 days.
