Your User ID number is the first letter of your last name (capital letter), followed by the last 4 numbers of your social security number (for example: L6789). Make sure the letter is a capital letter and do not use any spaces or dashes.

If you've entered your User ID number above and it says, "User ID not found", please try entering the first letter of your last name and make sure it's a capital letter and not a lower-case letter, followed by the last four digits of your social security number with no spaces, for example: L6789
If that still doesn't work, make sure that you have paid your $50 application fee. Applications without the fee are not considered complete. You can pay this fee online by credit card or ACH, or by check or money order, made out to Famicos Foundation.
