As part of the Famicos Foundation mission support and services are integrated into all Famicos affordable housing projects. Social Service staff works with property management to meet resident needs. Famicos provides the following types of services:

- Community Organizing
- Ward 8 Programs
Other services available to residents include monthly health screenings through Famicos Foundation in collaboration with Project H.O.P.E. and Lakeland Community College, community organizing, mental health screenings, referrals and follow-up, Film Study, Focus Groups, Access to the Arts and the Cleveland Public Libraries Book Mobile, the People’s University on Wheels.
Famicos Foundation is also an active member of the Hough Service Provider Network.
