Famicos Foundation owns and operates over 500 units of affordable housing in Cleveland, which include 115 affordable, single-family; lease purchase homes in the Rockefeller Park neighborhood as well as 126 multi-family units in adjacent neighborhoods, 279 units of affordable housing units for seniors and those with disabilities and 44 units for chronically homeless adults at the 1850 Superior Apartments.
Famicos Foundation also manages nearly 300 Cleveland Housing Network lease purchase homes. Property managerās work closely with services staff to provide families with services and support when needed.
Famicos Foundation sees the need for homeownership in impoverished neighborhoods and offers moderate-income residents the Lease Purchase option. The Lease Purchase model was developed by Famicos Foundation co-founder Dr. Robert Wolf. Residents currently renting have the option to purchase their home. Famicos Foundation has more than 100 new construction and rehabilitated homes in the Glenville neighborhood as lease purchase homes that include Rockefeller West and Notre Dame Community Homes.

This eight building complex provides 75 units of very-low income, Project-Based Section 8 housing. Park Village was acquired through HUD and underwent a complete rehabilitation. Families were relocated and moved back into apartments once they were complete. Park Village was completed in December of 2003.

This historic structure was built in 1921 and rehabbed in 1995. Crawford Tilden is a unique V shaped building that provides 19 units of affordable housing for moderate-income families. These 1-4 bedroom units include air conditioning, laundry facilities, beautiful balconies and on site parking. |

The Notre Dame Building was built in 1915 by the Sisters of Notre Dame as a Catholic school for girls, and was abandoned in the early 1970's after neighborhood disinvestment and declining enrollment. The building went through a $10 million renovation and now provides 73 affordable apartments for seniors. The Notre Dame Building is a national model of blended funding and the successful marriage of historic preservation with affordable housing. Notre Dame received the 2001 HUD Secretaries Award for Historic Preservation.
The ground floor of the Notre Dame building houses Famicos Foundation offices a Neighborhood Networks technology center and a host of service offerings for the community.
