Strategic Investment Initiative (SII)
The SII is a resident driven, comprehensive approach to neighborhood revitalization that embraces the physical and social needs of neighborhoods. Glenville-Wade Park residents worked with Famicos staff and community partners to develop the SII Neighborhood Plan and continue to participate on committees that plan and implement activities that reach Neighborhood Plan goals.

Community Organizing
Organizing staff work with partner agencies, neighborhood residents and stakeholders to address neighborhood concerns such as crime and safety, youth, housing conditions and foreclosures. Together we work to develop steps to address those concerns.

Volunteer Events and Activities
Famicos Foundation utilizes volunteers for a variety of programs, activities and placed-based neighborhood projects. Depending on volunteer needs we can accommodate large groups for one day projects and individuals desiring an ongoing service commitment.
