Foreclosure Prevention
In partnership with ESOP (Empowering and Strengthening Ohio's People) Famicos Foundation is able to assist families that are in danger of losing their home to foreclosure. ESOP has an 82% success rate in stoping foreclsure or reducing loan payments and has helped more than 2,000 residents.

Cleveland Gutter Assistance Program for Seniors
To qualify applicants must be low-income seniors or an adult age 18-59 with a disability and must reside in and own a single or two family home.
Applicants must verify All household income and include the following documentation with application:
1) Social Security Statement - please call 1-800-772-1213 for a statement
2) Two paycheck stubs if currently employed
3) If unemployed, provide a copy of unemployment benefits
4) Proof of ownership (copy of water bill or deed)
