Case Management
To help special needs populations, Famicos partners with case management service providers that help us help those most in need. Case Managers work closely with residents to identify their strengths, weaknesses and link them with community programs and services that help them reach their goals.

Food Program
In partnership with The Cleveland Food Bank fresh produce is delivered weekly to residents of the Notre Dame Apartments. Food is distributed to residents by building volunteers. The transportation service also delivers produce to other senior facilities in the Glenville neighborhood.

Resident Services Coordination
Famicos maintains resident services coordination for building residents at properties that serve special needs populations. Our resident service coordinators ensure resident needs are being met and coordinate recreational and educational activities, home visits, holiday celebrations, health screenings, workshops and more.

Transportation – Ward 8
This program provides door-to-door transportation services to senior residents living in Ward 8 senior apartment buildings. Trips are enjoyed by residents for shopping, recreational events and doctors visits. The bus is equipped with a lift for handicapped residents.
