Greater Circle Living, An Incentive to Live Near Work
This initiative offers a $5,000 loan for down payment and/or closing costs for the purchase of an owner-occupied home in one of six neighborhoods by full-time employees of any nonprofit institution located in Greater University Circle. If the borrower continues to live in the home for five years and remains employed with a University Circle institution, the loan is forgiven.
